Everyone is special in their own way, but I like to think I have a truly unique background. My parents made it from the beautiful country of Madagascar to the US and were able to raise me and my younger brother in New York City. From K-12, I attended the United Nations International School (quite possibly the most international place in the world) before I went off to MIT to get my bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.

 

When I was around 8 or 9, I developed a fondness for sneakers that would carry me through dreadfully awkward middle school years, the slightly less awkward pubescent phase of high school, and four arduous years of college. I figured it would only be right to give the sneaker industry a shot, so now I work as a Project Manager/Footwear Developer on the Adidas FUTURE Team, the Three Stripes’ hot-shot top-secret innovation team.

Sneakers-aside, I do love what I do just because it gives me the opportunity to make ideas that may just seem like dreams real and it’s its own little creative process finding a way to make crazy things work.

 

Outside of the office, I still love collecting, painting, making, and just about anything to do with sneakers. I also enjoy making music, and anything to do with soccer or basketball.
